hello! just stumbled across your site, and i just want to let you know that it's quite inspiring to see people who try to make things right... you are certainly going to help a lot of people who are going through tough times... i have several friends who had been addicted to several types of drugs, meth seems to be their 'favorite'... they are also slowly recovering and have let go... hopefully for good! kudos... keep on doing what your doing!

Letting go is a good practice. I used to hoard up a lot of -ve feelings like hate, anger, fear and shame about things that I have failed in. And worse, these feelings really eat up my soul. Letting go and forgiving myself was my road to recovery. Thanks for sharing this helpful thoughts with others. You're awesome!
